The Villagers from all walk of lives of Bohatwala Village were invited by Chaudhary Mahender Singh Namberdar; Founder of "Lakshya Food (India) limited to constitute the village Panchyat without going through the process of Ballot (Election). Villagers assembled, sat to gather and unanimously agreed to the proposal of constituting the village Panchyat under the aegis of Chaujdhary Mahender Singh, Namerdar.

Accordingly an assembly of villagers held on 22nd May, 2010 in the Village and village Panchayat was constituted which is as under: -
(1) Ram Mehar Sharma -Sarpanch (Headman)
(2) Suresh- Panch (Member)
(3) Rajesh- Panch (Member)
(4) Dharmvir- Panch (Member)(5) Jaivir- Panch (Member)
(6) Rani Devi- Panch (Member)
(7) Santosh Devi- Panch (Member)
(8) Roshni Devi- Panch (Member)
(9) Rani-Devi- Panch (Member)

After constituent of village panchayat unanimously, Chaudhary Mahender Singh, Namberdar donated rupees One Lac to the village Veterinary hospital. He also announced that "State Bank of Patiala has also proposed to donate Rs. two lacs to the village Veterinary Hospital which would be materialized soon.

During the hours of the meeting, Chaudhary Mahender Singh, Namberdar appealed to the villagers of his village on the need of brotherhood (Bhai Chara) in the village and reiterated that this brotherhood will be made at every cost.) He also emphasized to maintain harmony, peace and congenial atmosphere without fear and favor of caste and creed in the village. All old norms, tradition and cultural values will be emphasized for the prosperity of the village.

On this blissful occasion, Chaudhary Mahender Singh Namberdar assured the villagers that all efforts to be made to get our village declared as "Modern Village" by the State government.

Finally, he thanked the villagers for the Cooperation and help rendered to constitute the Village Panchayat without going to the process of Ballot.
